Privacy Policy

Ada Daily Check-In ("the service") is a personal, non-commercial wellness check-in service. This policy explains what information is collected from people enrolled in the service and how it's used.

Who this applies to

This service has a small, fixed list of participants who are personally known to the operator and individually agreed, verbally, to be enrolled before their phone number was added. There is no public sign-up. See the exact verbal consent script used to obtain that agreement.

What we collect

For each enrolled participant: first name, phone number, timezone, and preferred call time. During check-in calls, the service also records call transcripts and derives simple wellness notes (mood, sleep, exercise, goals) from that conversation, stored so the service can hold context between calls.

Mobile information and messaging data

No mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data are shared, sold, or rented to any third party for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are used only to operate this check-in service (placing calls and sending/receiving the SMS described in the Terms below).

Message frequency

Message frequency varies by participant activity. A typical participant may receive zero to a few text messages per day, generally only in reply to a text they send (e.g. requesting or rescheduling a call). Message and data rates may apply.

Third-party service providers

The service uses Twilio to send and receive SMS and Vapi to place and conduct phone calls. These providers process data only to deliver the call/message on the service's behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Data retention and deletion

Data is retained for as long as a participant remains enrolled. Any participant can ask the operator (contact below) to be removed from the service and have their data deleted at any time.
